This service serves user-made content in the form of ad-banners or text. As a registered user, you are responsible for the legality of content you choose to redistribute through the service. When you upload material, you give us permission to store this on our servers and distribute as neccesary for providing this service to you. You retain ownership and legal responsibility of this material, should it be copyright infringing or other.

We log traffic to our servers in various ways. This happens when you request this website or advertisements served. IP-adresses are amongst logged information. It is recommended that you notice the users of any website you put advertisement units in of the impact this has on their privacy. By registering and using this, you aknowledge that we log information of usage of the service that might but is not intended to be possible to identify you personally with.

Zunavi Ad Exchange is hosted by servers in Denmark and so is subject to Danish law.

We may at any time, with or without reason revoke your account. This will most likely happen if you break the rules of the service, but may happen for any other reason we deem justifying.
